Abstract:

Based on the own research results the authors formulate prerequisites for successful formation of the innovative scientific and educational complex (including the Tyumen Region). Prospects of decrease in uncertainty of the course of economic processes are revealed. The publication has a scientific and cognitive orientation and is meant for all the readers of the magazine.
