Abstract:

The article examines the socio-demographic situation in the Kyrgyz Republic and its impact on labor market development, analyzes the indicators of demographic development and identifies their dependence on the social and economic development of the country and makes specific proposals to create conditions for the effective use of the growing demographic factor and to ensure a balance between the growth of the working population and the development of the Kyrgyzstan labor market.
