Bizin Sergey Viktorovich – (Voronezh Institute of Economics and Law – Lipetsk branch)
In this article, all-Russian and regional trends in the labor market of recent years are investigated. The peculiarities of the Russian labor market, key problems, particularly expressed in the insufficient growth rate of wages to achieve pre-crisis values in real terms, as well as positive changes in regional markets (reduction in the number of regions with the problem of arrears in wages, the reduction of underemployment, low unemployment) are defined. The paper examines the labor market and employment of the Lipetsk region, based on an assessment of the system of indicators characterizing it. The analysis carried out in the work revealed problems and disproportions in the labor market of the region: a decrease in the number of young people with negative migration; low rating of the region by average monthly wage, while a significant part of the vacancies of the employment service are characterized by low wages. The state program of the Lipetsk region "Development of the labor market and promotion of employment in the Lipetsk region", as an instrument of regional employment policy, is considered from the point of view of the effectiveness of implementation.
