Abstract:

Agricultural sector plays a major role in ensuring the country's food security. The solution of issues of import substitution and increase of competitiveness of agricultural products is possible on the basis of identification of the main directions of increase of productivity of agricultural work. The article highlights the systematizing factors of labor efficiency growth taking into account the regional features of the Central Federal district and the use of correlation models. The analysis of the current level of labor productivity and ways to improve it and the efficiency of production in the region.
