Abstract:

Based on a comprehensive evaluation of innovative competitiveness and SWOT analysis of the Perm region (krai) innovative development, the article summarizes the results of structural modernization of the economy towards the technical and technological re-equipment of basic sectors of industry, implementation of new technologies, resource-saving and conservancy, as well as the formation of an innovation-based economy.
