Abstract:

The article discusses the tools of implementation cluster policy in Russia and abroad. Industrial clusters are considered in the context of the theory of competitive advantages and territorial development of the economy in the competitive environment. The international experience of forming the cluster to build the model of the machine-tool cluster in the Lipetsk region has been applied.
