Abstract:

In modern conditions, the activities of the University are multifaceted. This means that it has many goals and needs to align the structure of its existing capacity with the goals to achieve them. In the course of the study we revealed the difference between the potential of the university resources. The latter adopt a given structure, becoming a potential, under the influence of the goal. Authors determined that the potential of the university are related (when they are formed on the basis of partially identical resources), and this affects the capacity of the total potential. To improve the efficiency of its implementation, we propose to influence the capacity of the associated potentials by reserving it.
