The article considers the specifics of the process of digital transformation of the company's business models, defines the areas of the internal environment of the company, which are the priorities in the digital transformation of the business, and proposes an algorithm for making management decisions of the digital transformation. Authors have shown that in the improvement of management, the digital approach is not a revolutionary tool that nullifies the achievements of the previous stage of the company's development, but a neutral accelerator of its organizational development. If the company's strategy is chosen correctly, and management is continuously improved, then on the basis of new digital technologies the company is rapidly progressing, and if not – also rapidly degrades. An important role in the success of the introduction of digital technologies is the choice of business areas that should be reformed in the first place, as well as the algorithm of digital transformation procedures, which are presented in the text of this article.
