Abstract:

The article is devoted to types of work and its evaluation. The article presents a comparison of regulated and creative work. Shows the effect of the spiritual component of the creative work. The paper proposes a scheme of interaction between the regulated and creative work, as well as the influence of the ratio on the growth of social welfare.
