Abstract:

In the late XX - early XXI centuries as a result of the information revolution, there were significant changes in the system of international division of labor, organization and functioning of international business, as well as the structure of factors of production. This article is devoted to the analysis of these processes. The features of the modern information revolution and the impact it has on the international division of labor are considered. Special attention is paid to the process of transnationalization and the role of transnational corporations in modern society.
