Abstract:

The article examines the current trends in the development of mortgage lending in the Russian Federation with an emphasis on the dynamics of mortgage rates, analyzes banking programs that offer their borrowers minimum interest rates, studied the state support programs implemented in 2018 at both Federal and regional levels. The necessity of expanding the state support of mortgage lending in Russia is substantiated. The mechanisms of state support of regional mortgage markets on the basis of expanding the range of users of social mortgage, as well as the development and implementation of mechanisms of state support of regional mortgage markets on the basis of the system of differentiation of the regions of the Russian Federation.
