Abstract:

Innovative development becomes an important criterion for improving the competitiveness of the national economy. Today, in the situation of low efficiency of the Russian innovative system, the competitive potential is leaking out of the country. Under these circumstances, the most appropriate strategy is the development of innovative cities, which will give an impetus to the innovative development and solve a lot of problems altogether, with investments.
