Abstract:

The article examines the current realities and trends of global food security. To this end, the macroeconomic and fiscal aspects of food security are analyzed in detail in the face of growing global threats to provide essential food for the world's population. To balance the formation of food stocks and boost food security, the indicators of the global markets of cereals, wheat, cereals and rice are considered. More optimal ways to solve food availability in a global context are identified. The problems and important components of the formation of the food accessibility environment in the light of the requirements of sustainable development are considered. A flow chart of important indicators of food security is given. The problems are analyzed and the prospects of ensuring food security in Azerbaijan in the current conditions are determined. The strengthening of priority measures to improve the country's food security system is substantiated. At the end of the article, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made on the realities and trends of food security in a global context.
