Abstract:

Ecologically-oriented innovative projects are characterized by a significant gap between public and commercial effectiveness which causes a necessity to apply special mechanisms of their realization based on the principles of private and state partnership. As the experience of ecological housing construction in Novosibirsk shows, introduction of the state support tools allows to overcome consequences of the market imperfection and provide successful realization of the pilot project «Ecodom– the satellite of Academgorodok».
