Abstract:

In modern conditions, the indicator with the highest information rating in comparison with the set of macroeconomic indicators is the most adequate indicator of the development and civilization of the countries of the world. This is the duration of a person's social and healthy life, whose indices in Russia are substantially inferior to those of developed countries. The pendulum fluctuations of the whole complex of demographic indicators with a negative outcome is a consequence of the continuing tendency towards the desolation of villages and the growth of megacities. Therefore, it is recommended to concentrate the entire policy of the Russian state on the current demographic situation, referring to the revival of the village, its former grandeur and inclusive wealth.
