Abstract:

The article describes the learning experience of the digital literacy in the individual foreign countries in the context of the implementation of the Program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation", approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from 28.07.2017, No. 1632-p. As the source the report and recommendations of the Ministerial Meeting on the digital economy of the member countries of the Organization for economic cooperation and development (OECD) on the topic: "Skills for the digital world" (2017) were used. The report systematized the forms and methods of OECD member countries for more than 10-year period of work on training the population of digital competence [1]. This article focuses on the key issues of the organization of this work, sources of funding, methods and forms of cooperation between business and government agencies, etc.
