Abstract:

A new tool of project management from the moment of introducing the project to the system up to its completion is presented. Evaluation of the project at various stages of implementation, project ranking for prioritizing resources and bonuses to executives based on the calculation of complex effectiveness performance are considered. The basic results of implementing the tool are determined and the solved problems are demonstrated.
