This research work deals with the comprehension of «value relation» category in the structure of scientific knowledge. It analyses the relationship between such categories as «significance», «value», «truth», «meaning of scientific knowledge», and suggests praxeological model for their integration. We prove the statement that knowledge is always significant and expresses the value relation of the individual cognition. On the basis of the analysis we argue that the implementation of the value relation in the cognitive process occurs through differentiation, when each element of being is compared with the others and exists for the scientist as true, always in the perspective of its use. We also argue that spatial representations are not pre-given, but are constituted by the person himself in the process of life as the most convenient structure for physical objects handling. Deprived of support to the true knowledge of the laws of nature and society, scientific knowledge is inevitably slipping into relativism, when scientific rationality is replaced by the sociology of knowledge. Value relation substantiates, along with the entity, the invariance of the «objective» truth for different scientific communities.
