Abstract:

Under the conditions when the economy is oriented towards innovation, the priority is the choice of the strategy of development of the engineering industry segments forming competitive clusters. Disparities in the level of competitiveness of production of the oil and gas engineering industry, preventing the determining of high-tech oil and gas service core, require the formation of selective control actions, the basis of which is the openness to the innovations of Russian machine-building industries.
