Abstract:

The paper considers the model of organization and management of the R&D project/process as a temporary venture enterprise. Describes the life cycle of R&D in the form of a modified Shewhart-Deming cycle and the "SxP" technology, intended for methodological and informational support for the development of intelligent digital systems. The information support of R&D is briefly described, namely, the composition of project packages, templates for documentation and design of artifacts of digital systems.
