Abstract:

Article considers actual problems connected with formation of knowledge economy in Russia. “Intellectual entrepreneurship” and “Internetplagearism” concepts are studied as main phenomenons of current educational and scientific and creative processes. Reasons of active distribution of internet-plagearism in student and scientific environment in present days are emphasized.
