Abstract:

In the digital economy, the requirements for digital competencies of employees are increasing. World practice of declaring the merge functionality of it management and top management of companies. Russian professional standards take into account the need for digital competencies of employees of different levels of management to a varying degree of detail. The question of what the realities of the modern labour market are remains open. The article analyzes the status quo of Russian companies ' requirements to digital competences of top managers.
