Abstract:

The paper describes the impact of national companies’ participation in the global value chains (GVC) on the economic development of the country. Based on the analysis of the literature review on GVCs’ impact we develop conditions for increasing the positive impact of GVCs on the national economy, and compare the impact of GVC on developing and developed economies.
