Abstract:

The article summarizes international and domestic academic research and practice of social entrepreneurship revealing and resolving problems of identification of the essence, semantic borders, its forms and purposes. We prove a proportion between public-private partnership and social entrepreneurship as between form and its content respectively using dialectical method and system approach. We established their dialectical unity based on comparison of social entrepreneurship aspects (mission and results, resources and processes, sectors, characteristics of entrepreneurs) with components of definitions of public-private partnership.
