Abstract:

The monograph considers the theory and develops methodological recommendations for the creation of a controlling system at industrial organizations of small business with a view to making strategic decisions. We study the strategic decision-making process in small business; we analyze factors of internal and external environment affecting the activities of small businesses. The monograph contains theoretical and methodological foundations of the controlling system at the strategic level at industrial organizations. The authors define the characteristics of small industrial enterprises and also make a social portrait of the head of a small business. The monograph may be useful for students, graduate students, managers, business leaders, business owners and practitioners in the field of small business management.
