Abstract:

The article is devoted to the development of a competence “Leadership and vision” in terms of family upbringing. Genesis, the conditions for formation of the "vision" ability are not presented in the research literature. The article marks out a number of components of the "vision" and gives recommendations on the upbringing of the components in the family. The material is intended for parents and for teachers.


Highlights:

• Leadership vision is first of all the ability to create an inspiring image of a collaborative future.
• In the family, we need to bring up the issue of the image of the future child during general conversations, planning specific steps to achieve this future.
• Available individual development program in the form of a materialized fixation is an important condition in the formation of the goal-setting ability
