Abstract:

The article considers the issue related to the definition of criteria and indicators which determine the level of readiness of future professors to work under the new conditions of social development. Creation of a multicultural educational environment is one of the trends in the development of society, which makes it necessary to change the training of future professors for activities in this environment and personality development in accordance with its parameters.


Highlights:

•Today, professors are not adequately trained to solve the tasks related to the formation of a multicultural orientation of the children's personality.
•The priority strategy for the development of modern education is its multiculturalism
