The monograph considers new approaches to describing and modeling of economic processes in the information society on the basis of their fundamental properties, which include their stochasticity, cyclicity and network structure. We suggest a new concept of time as the main factor in modeling of economic and social processes. We also suggest considering the resonance in economic and financial processes as the least expensive mechanism for their management (by the example of stochastic resonance in the stock market). We consider the noosphere by V. Vernadsky and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin as a source of information influence on economic processes. We present various models of economic processes, considered from the standpoint of chronoeconomics.
