Abstract:

The monograph shows the history of domestic rationing of electromagnetic fields of the radio-frequency range of waves. We consider the application of electromagnetic radiation in medicine for the treatment of patients. The monograph describes the application of electromagnetic fields in radio communication systems, in particular, in mobile communications, in which the quality of communication is the main parameter of the system. The quality of mobile communication system depends on the power of radiated signal, which is harmful for human body if the cell phone is used for a long time. In the end we give guidance notes on the use of cell phones which must be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
