Agricultural cooperatives began to revive in Russia back in the early 1990s, but for various reasons they remain poorly popular and insufficiently effective. The author of the article notes that without farmers there will be no middle class in the countryside, which means that there is no future for agriculture. We need to revive agricultural cooperation. However, in a market economy, if you want a cooperation to emerge, you need to ensure a state support, equal partnership and common interests.
