Abstract:

The article considers the recovery of offshore jurisdictions as constituent elements of the world financial system in the post-war period. In this connection we analyze the main factors conducive to growth of offshore on international markets and their role in global financial markets. We reveal the development of offshore centers as a mean of setting internal problems of the western countries, on the one hand, and as a tool for international completion of some countries and national companies in global financial markets on the other hand .
