Abstract:

Authors consider problem of enterprises innovative development. Main attention is paid to functioning of socio-technological and socio-organizational systems at enterprise. The results of analysis of main indicators which show conditions of such systems on studied enterprises of Omsk region. Problems and advantages of functioning of socio-technological and socio-organizational systems as component of innovative management on industrial enterprises are educed and defined. Study is made by financial support of Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation in context of RHSF project “Influence of socio-technological and socio-organizational systems on forming of labor life quality of staff on Omsk industrial enterprises”, project 11–12-55004a/T.
