Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the place and role of network community phenomenon in the process of evolutionary development of society. The relevance of the study of the issue is determined by the importance that network technologies have gained in both the vital activity of individuals and in the reproductive processes of socioeconomic system. We consider the network community phenomenon in the context of evolutionary interrelations as part of the adaptation process on the one hand, and as a phenomenon that transforms the environment on the other hand, and it allows us to take into account its social nature that fits into the overall dialectical character of the development of socioeconomic system. The research methodology includes systemic and evolutionary approaches, as well as theoretical analysis. By becoming important in communication, and thus, in human socialization, network technologies allow us to overcome the dialectical contradiction arising at the intersection of the internal patterns of reproduction of socioeconomic system and challenges of external environment. Defining the possibility and methods of communication, network technologies allow creating a qualitatively new environment for the creation of the human potential of society. With respect to the market management method, we can speak of a qualitative change in the environment in which the human capital of the individual is reproduced.
