Abstract:

Using the author's approach of ITEMGES analysis we assess positive or negative impact of environmental factors of industrial enterprise on the important performance indicator of a modern enterprise competing on the market, namely, the order execution time. Comprehensive assessment of external factors helps the company to respond to emerging disturbances in a competent and timely manner, to form stable management procedures, to carry out business flexibly and correctly and to build its strategic and tactical goals.
