Abstract:

The article presents the main stages of strategic analysis, which is the basis for the development of telecommunication companies. In the context of the newly defined targets for business development in Russia and the transition to the economy based on the processing of digital data sets, we consider the perspective development directions of telecommunication companies using the example of the PJSC "MNTS".
