Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study of the proposals of low-rise individual construction projects located in the Kazan agglomeration. The research was carried out by methods of the analysis of databases on offers, full-scale survey and conversation with owners of objects, and also collecting expert opinions; as a result we have made our conclusions on key tendencies in the market of low-rise construction. In particular, there is a decrease in the cost of popular housing, primarily due to the reduction in the area of the house and land, as well as through the use of more economical and prefabricated technologies. The presented conclusions will be useful both for professional market participants and for all those who are interested in increasing business activity in the suburban real estate market.
