Abstract:

The book presents sociological and historical analysis of neglect and street children in Russia. We describe the foreign experience of work with street children, consider the issues of orphanhood and show the extent of orphanhood in Russia. We attempt to consider the demographic situation in Russia and analyze the causes of demographic problems, their possible solutions and a set of measures aimed at improving the demographic situation in the regions. The book is intended for students, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, professors study in sociological science.
