Abstract:

The article substantiates the urgency of standards development for the activities of regional management teams of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the purpose of development of the entrepreneurial and investment climate in the region. The experience of the implementation of the Standard for the activities of the executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation to ensure a favorable investment climate in the region for the period 2013-2015 is studied. Prospects and risks of further application of the Standard have been defined to stimulate the effectiveness of regional management groups in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
