Abstract:

The article presents the results of the assessment of the residential real estate market in Kazan in 2016-2017. The study of official statistics and the collection of expert opinions allowed to obtain reliable information about the situation on the market. Studies of the the share of housing built in large territorial units, the structure of housing construction and price characteristics allowed to draw conclusions about the balanced state of the residential real estate market in Kazan. The presented conclusions will be useful for investors, developers and citizens wishing to invest their money in residential real estate.
