Abstract:

Improving living conditions is a process that surrounds a person at all "stages" of life. In order to identify changes in the conditions under which citizens acquire housing, as well as to establish the dynamics in consumer preferences, we set a goal to determine the development of housing strategies of citizens during 2005-2017. We carry out the analysis using the method of involved research: the author have been closely involved in economic relations arising in the process of registration of transactions for purchase and sale of residential real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan. The presented results will be of interest for regulators of the residential real estate market, professional market participants and citizens wishing to purchase a house.
