Abstract:

In current conditions of speed acceleration of new products implementation to market the issues of process research work fulfillment optimization and development of process from idea to product become actual. System of lean production successfully recommended itself in industry sector. Author proves confirmation that key tools of this system could be implemented to processes of basis of research stage, new product development, R&D processes.
