Abstract:

Today various elements of innovative education and new formats of education attract scientists and educators around the world. Non-standard approaches are being formed; new programs and courses, methods of transferring knowledge are being developed. Experts predict that those who know how to create a unique recipe from educational technologies for their country and region will win. It is obvious that in the world where every culture, community and living conditions are unique, there is no universal solution, even if it is the most modern one. But, fortunately, in science and education there are objective principles and patterns, using and combining which one can find the most effective model of actions that adequately meets the current circumstances.
