Abstract:

The paper suggests a new approach to assessing the level of development of national economy branches, based on the degree of their innovativeness unlike the existing system for assessing the degree of their technological capabilities. The proposed approach is a complex of a set of factors without determinism in any of them. To date, the authors have distinguished 12 sets of factors. The paper is an intermediate result of the authors’ research.
