The article presents the results of studies devoted to the features of entrepreneurial activities, due to the fact that currently there is a significant organizational and managerial gap between works on strategic planning of organizations development and its practical embodiment on the basis of the operating (tactical) production capacity of enterprises operating in the conditions of dynamically developing markets. It was found that this phenomenon occurs in the vast majority of existing enterprises. This leads to the fact that production systems are evolving significantly slower strategic challenges of the market and often are not well prepared to implement strategic objectives in a competitive time dictated by varying market conditions. That is their preparation for these tasks is sometimes delayed so that the company not only loses its competitiveness, but also can be brought on the brink of bankruptcy. In the article the strategic objectives are divided in the "near" and "far" types, and their significant integration with the work of "tactical" units is suggested; all these measures will ensure the effectiveness of the solution to this problem.
