Abstract:

Today Russia’s searching for a new paradigm of socio-economic development. The significant changes in the conditions of the functioning of enterprises and their relation with public authorities predetermined the changes in the methodology for monitoring and evaluating the performance of investment activities from the standpoint of strategic security of the country's economy. At the same time, research in understanding the processes related to changes in social, political and economic relations becomes especially relevant.
