Abstract:

The article suggests an approach to creating organization’s sustainable competitive advantages based on resource complementarity of different types of stakeholders. We focus on organization’s interaction with internal stakeholders. In the development of approaches to classification of stakeholders we propose additional grounds for their classification in accordance with the process and competence criteria. We identify 17 subgroups of internal stakeholders and give recommendations on key areas of interaction taking into account the belonging to the business process owned by the stakeholder, involvement and the degree of compliance of the employee's functional and his area of responsibility with the level of development of his competencies, and also taking into account capabilities and threats that stakeholders can create for the organization.
