Abstract:

Today constantly increasing heating costs to homeowners escalate already tense social situation in society. At the same time a long length of heating systems, a lag in their replacement from obsolescence, insufficient annual investment in the industry create conditions for various man-made disasters. Implementation of alternative boiler-house method is one of the tools allowing to save money of citizens and budgets of various levels of authority. The article considers several scenarios for installing the alternative boiler houses for residential buildings. We suggest calculation of economically justified tariff for heat and hot water supply to houses of citizens. The materials of the article can be used by state and municipal authorities, management companies, students of economic specialties of profile universities and by general population interested in obtaining comfortable living conditions.
