Abstract:

Our main long-term studies, proven by factor analysis showed that the creation of a productive subject of education depends on self-realization, self-improvement, active imagination, high creativity, ability to solve non-standard situations by mean of acme-creative training in the systems of management – co-management – self-management.


Highlights:
