Abstract:

In modern companies, the role of knowledge belonging to staff is increasing to achieve high efficiency of the organizational structure and business processes work. The primary activity at work with knowledge is their value - the determination of who has the knowledge and who needs it. This article describes the components and basic assessment of knowledge.
