Abstract:

Nowadays oil complex plays an important role for Russia, oil export accounts for 62% of the total exports of domestic products abroad. This article discusses the main national objectives regarding the oil industry, the prospects and specific features of the Russian economy. Also authors presents and analyzes the main opportunities and threats dependence on oil. Special attention is paid to the effect of oil industry on the development of the national economy as a whole.
